Our story
Local, family-run, still here
For more than 30 years, families across the Carolinas have come to Kenny’s to buy a home. Our sales centers in Little River and Dillon, South Carolina, serve buyers throughout both states.
We’ve stayed in business by doing simple things consistently: showing homes honestly, quoting what a home actually costs on a specific piece of land, and answering the phone after the sale.
That’s also why you won’t find inflated claims or stock testimonials on this site. When we publish a specification, a price or a homeowner story, it’s because we verified it first.

The same four steps every buyer goes through, whether you're on your first home or your third.

Browse our manufactured-home catalog online, then tour homes on display at Little River or Dillon.
- STEP 02
Design
Choose your floor plan and review the options, finishes and upgrades the manufacturer offers on that model.
- STEP 03
Finance & Purchase
Apply directly with our financing partner or use your own lender, then finalize your home order with your consultant.
- STEP 04
Site Preparation & Move In
We'll walk you through delivery, setup and utility coordination for your property so you know what to expect before move-in day.
